Evergreen Spice was inspired by the pristine evergreen forests and deciduous woodlands of the upper peninsula of Michigan! I started with a sweet Anxi Ben Shan oolong blended with my chai spice base, then I slow-roasted wildcrafted cedar leaves and finally finished it off with a touch of spearmint and tulsi.
Evergreen Spice opens up with smooth, sweet evergreen notes and warming chai spices. Caramelized cedar wisps through mid-sip and the finish feels like a cool breeze on the tongue, fading out into comforting warmth. A pure and inspired blend, Evergreen Spice is a favorite of mine to sip inside on cold winter mornings. This is a perfect embodiment of winter in northern Michigan and will please any tea lover!
